What's the difference between Delta-8 THC and Delta-9 THC?

Delta-8 THC and Delta-9 THC are more similar than different, but the small differences make the biggest changes. The change in effects lies within how it binds to our receptors, determining the strength.

Delta-8 also known as tetrahydrocannabinol, a less potent form of Delta-9 THC, with similar intoxicating effects. Delta-8 binds with CB2 receptors helping our immune system respond and fight off any inflammation that arises within the body. This makes it a really good choice for those who have autoimmune disorders, there is science showing it could mitigate symptoms and hopefully help stop the body from attacking itself.

It is also used as a neuroprotectant, anti -convulsant and is better at reducing anxiety, than chronic pain. Patients have also used it as appetite stimulation, and anti-nausea,

Think of Delta-8 as diet, or light THC, the mind altering, euphoric effects are there, but in a much milder form, with zero risk of paranoia, or anxiety caused by Delta-9.  Even though the effects are much milder, but the results are just as satisfying.

Delta-9 is THC or tetrahydrocannabinol, the main psychoactive ingredient in the marijuana plant. THC binds with Cb1 receptors located throughout the brain and body.

Delta-9 interacting directly with CB1 gives the patient a stronger, more relaxed feeling without the paranoia. This in turn reduces the overall level of anxiety one feels.

So, if you are looking for great relief, without the risk of paranoia, a stronger anti-nausea remedy, or just another way to control your out-of-control immune system, Delta-8 could help.
